  • Manual Therapy We offer a hands-on approach to the treatment of injuries and conditions to help relieve pain. It is important for us to be able to feel where your pain is situated in order to direct treatment for pain relief. Manual therapy techniques include joint mobilisations, glides, nerve stretches, soft tissue massage and trigger point release.

  • Dry Needling Dry needling has been used in traditional medicines for thousands of years. Dry needling can be used to relieve muscle tension, reduce nerve pain and reduce inflammation in different muscles and joints in the body.

  • Real-Time Ultrasound (RTUS) Real-Time Ultrasound is a technique of imaging, which can be used in the rehabilitation of various muscles. At AOK, we use the RTUS for pelvic floor rehabilitation in our Continence Clinic (women's and men's health), retraining the transverse abdominis muscle in the tummy and multifidus muscle in the lower back for acute and chronic low back pain.

  • Post-Operative Management Pain and swelling management, and regaining function after surgery are very important aspects of post-operative management, to ensure optimal recovery and best long-term function for the human body. We can help you through all the stages of recovery and help you achieve your goals.

  • Antenatal and Postnatal Care Pregnancy can create a lot of changes in women's bodies and can cause a lot of issues with the change in biomechanics such as low back pain, sciatica, ankle pain, neck pain and headaches. We are able to look after your pain during pregnancy and also help you after childbirth in the recovery of pelvic floor, rectus abdominis diastasis, C-section and regaining fitness postpartum.

  • Paediatrics We love treating kids and their injuries! A lot of kids go through growing pains or have sports injuries as they are becoming more active. We are able to diagnose, treat and rehabilitate your little ones so that they are able to return to play as soon as possible.

  • Sports Clubs We treat an array of sports injuries and offer sponsorships and affiliation with local sports clubs and community to be able to reach out and help as many people as we can.

  • Chronic Pain Management Pain can be quite debilitating, especially if you have had it for a long time. At OAK, we are passionate about helping patients with chronic pain, as we understand what patients go through each day. We offer a range of treatments and strategies to help you manage your chronic pain and keep it under control

  • Exercise Rehabilitation We are able to provide exercise rehabilitation through all stages of injuries, whether it is in a gym setting, hydrotherapy pool or Pilates mat-work exercises.

  • Chest Physiotherapy We provide rehabilitation of various lung condition such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchiectasis, recurrent chest infections and bronchitis via breathing exercises for chest clearance and the use of various devices to help with your lung function.
